I'm home, I had a great time, and I'm exhausted. There was severe lack of sleeping but a lot of hanging out with great people.

Probably won't do a report as such, though I might review a few highlights. It was all too freeform and mad-dashy and impressionistic, or at least feels so right now.

A very good con.

Miles just remarked to me a day or two ago, "Hey, Mom, you forgot to go to Seattle this year." Meaning he noticed I hadn't sneaked away to a con yet this year.

Yes, she read two chapters from the New Miles Book but there is no date set for completion or publication -- she was VERY noncommittal about the when but at least it's underway. Also, it was DELIGHTFUL and very much on form. It takes place about five years after the last one chronologically.

I have three cons for next year I'm pretty sure I'll be going to, and one of them is Dragon*Con, so maybe since Vicki always does that one, we can try to reunite the gang there.
